How it works

• 1. Send the form below. It takes a minute.
• 2. We confirm it is you by a call or an email to the contact you give. For a staff account, we also tell your company.
• 3. Within 30 days of confirming, we delete your account and data as described below, and tell you when it is done.

If you are on a company's staff, its owner or administrator can also switch off your login at once, under Staff.

What is deleted

• Your login stops working as soon as we confirm the request.
• Your personal details are deleted or replaced with an anonymous label: your name, mobile number, email, photo, bank details, PAN and UAN.
• Your phone's notification token and its sign-in tokens.
• Crash reports that name you.
• For a company owner: your owner account and your companies' data, after we have given you a copy of that data if you want one.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records the law requires a business to keep, such as tax invoices, receipts, accounts, payroll registers, payslips and PF and ESI records, stay with your company for the period that law sets. For GST records this is generally 72 months. They show your name only where the law needs it, and are deleted when that period ends.
• Audit trail entries saying who changed a record are kept with that record, for the same period.
• This request itself is kept for 12 months after it is closed, as a record that we carried it out, then deleted.

Only some of your data

You can keep your account and ask for only some data to be deleted, for example the site photos you took, your check-in locations, or your bank details. Choose "Only some of my data" below and say what.
